MP30 Mechanical Strut

The MP30 is a modular format light-duty mechanically operated strut. The strut consists of a mechanical unit with a 150mm stroke for fine length adjustment and a combination of fixed length extension pieces. The mechanical extension and retraction is made by turning the fixed threaded jack section. For specific component configuration, see the job specific design details.

The MP30 is a relatively lightweight system comprised of man-handleable components, perfect for locations where space is limited.
End bearing plates incorporate a zero moment swivel pin connection and can articulate up to +/- 45° from the strut axis for knee brace and raking applications.
Can be equipped with a single or a pair of screw jacks to allow for up to 290mm of adjustment.

Twin Soldiers

Using the Multi-way connectors two soldiers can be paired together to produce a lightweight strut of higher capacity than the single soldier option. Once again the strut can be used with or without the Universal Back Plate depending on the application required and the Swivel End Bearing Plate may be rotated to allow horizontal or vertical inclination.

MP60 Mechanical Strut

The MP60 is a modular format medium-duty mechanically adjustable strut, combining the compressive strength of steel tube with the convenience of mechanical length adjustment. MP60’s are used where single or multi-directional support is required to excavations or cofferdams and mechanical, as opposed to hydraulic adjustment is preferred.
