Our Bracing Equipment

Our hydraulic bracing can be used in practically any shape of excavation and are extremely quick to install and remove. Our shoring systems are designed for each excavation and we aim to eliminate on-site welding, cutting and waste. Our systems provide a versatile, cost-effective alternative to traditional fabricated steel frames and tie back systems.

Maxi Brace

The Maxi Brace is a mid-range, heavy duty, hydraulically adjustable bracing system suitable for supporting clear-span square or rectangular excavations ranging from 3m to 12m in size. Higher load capacity and/or longer spans can be achieved by incorporating either cross strutting of knee bracing. Modular extensions are available to further extend beam lengths; however, cross strutting is required with these leg configurations.

Maxi Brace Modular Extensions

A series of fixed extension units which can be used in conjunction with hydraulic Maxi Brace legs to achieve unlimited sheet to sheet dimensions, thus being able to support long, wide trenches in an economic manner with minimal cross strutting.

Mega Brace

The Mega Brace is a high load capacity modular hydraulic bracing system designed to support square, rectangular or multi-sided excavations ranging from 3.0m to 20.0m in plan.

Super Mega Brace

The Super Mega Brace is a high load capacity modular hydraulic bracing system designed to support square, rectangular or multi-sided excavations ranging from 4.7m to 24.2m in plan. Each leg comprises a length adjustable hydraulic unit, a series of modular fixed length extension pieces and a telescopic pinned rough adjuster unit.
