Manhole Ring Lifter

This universal mechanical attachment allows Manhole Rings and cones to be safely gripped internally for precise transportation and installation. Reducing the need for manual intervention, and keeping operatives clear of the slewing excavator, means the Manhole Ring Lifter introduces greater safety in handling operations by assigning much of the control to the excavator driver.

The machine operator simply switches the unit from ‘gripping’ to ‘releasing’ by performing a slight side movement of the lifting hook. Setting to the required diameter can be achieved very quickly and different manhole rings can be also be lifted without changing the setting as the unit has two gripping levels. The Manhole Ring Lifter offers quick, easy and efficient handling for a range of manholes and cones.
