HyPower Coil Pipe Trailer
A revolutionary, unique coil pipe trailer designed to transport and dispense 500m coils of 90mm pipe and other coil sizes up to 1200mm coil width and 3200mm coil diameter.
Remote controlled powered hydraulics keep the operator a safe distance away from the trailer when preparing and dispensing the coil.
Using its innovative hydraulic lifting mechanism the 500m coil pipe trailer lifts the dead weight off the trailer chassis making it easier and safer to dispense pipe because the trailing and inner end of the coil does not snag or jam on the rollers, compared to trailers utilising a pipe end clamp and ratchet strap.

During operation the innovative hydraulic arm covers the coil and eliminates the risk of the coil springing outside and above the confines of the trailer.
The auto adjusting side rollers aid in keeping the pipe on the coil even if too many bands are cut which prevents pipe kinking and any requirements to climb on or inside the trailer.
A 12V 3000lb electric winch with free spool is used to release the end of the pipe from the confines of the trailer in a safe and controlled manner.
The 12V 200AMP battery can be trickle charged by the towing vehicle by 13 pin connection.
