Fill and Test Pumps

About Fill and Test Pumps

Stopper Specialists supply fill and test pumps for water testing of pipe lines. Depending on the size of the pipe line and the volume to be filled, either manual or motorised pumps are available.

The motorised pump can achieve up to 65 bar feed pressure and is very manoeuvrable. This is available in both diesel and petrol versions.

Our mobile fleet of petrol driven pumps may be used to fill and pressurise pipelines efficiently and invariably supplied with a water butt which, when topped up, serves as a water conduit for the pump itself.

A range of pumps are available, pelase contact us for recommendations based upon application.

Horizontal Hydrant Flow Meter

Our Horizontal Hydrant Flow Meter provides accuracy of ±0.5% within a wide flow range. The swan neck design ensures that the electromagnetic sensor of the AquaMaster is always full. As the sensor has no moving parts, debris often found in the water supply or valves does not cause any damage which is common with paddle wheel technologies.

Using ABB’s electromagnetic AquaMaster with an integrated data logger, the Hydrant Flow Meter is able to record continuously with up to 12 months battery life without the need for recharging. The sensor continuously records, even when the digital display is off and/or the sensor is empty, ensuring every litre, cubic meter or gallon is recorded.

The Horizontal Hydrant Flow Meter is ideal for many portable monitoring applications such as hydrant verification, meter verification, flushing, tank filling and revenue purposes.
