This provides an introduction to the Control of Substances Hazardous to Health (COSHH) and is suitable for anyone who works with, or may be exposed to, hazardous substances, as well as supervisors and managers responsible for their safe use.
It explains what hazardous substances are, the risks they can pose to health, and the measures employers and employees should take to control exposure. The course also covers COSHH assessments, safe working practices, hazard symbols, safety data sheets and the use of appropriate control measures and PPE.
