RIDDOR (E-Learning Course)

RIDDOR is a law that requires employers, and those in charge of work premises, to report and keep records of deaths and serious injuries that happen in the workplace.
The course starts by explaining the purpose of RIDDOR, then explores the different injuries, diseases, and dangerous occurrences covered or exempt under the legislation.
It explains how to submit a RIDDOR report, including who can report and the deadlines set in law.
