YourSolution+ is an online bespoke box design tool that allows users who can confidently provide a soil profile to generate designs in a matter of minutes. The tool works in live-time to create your design on the fly based off the information input by you including surcharges and soil profiles.
Q: What is the difference between YourSolution and YourSolution+?
A: YourSolution is a tool for our everyday users to quickly select simple, off-the-shelf technical designs that are suitable for their site. It uses the size of the excavation, product preferences, and assesses problematic ground conditions to retrieve solutions from our existing portfolio of technical designs.
YourSolution+ generates site specific box designs at the point of parameter entry, taking details on the ground conditions, layer by layer, as well as surcharges within the zone of influence. Allowing users to instantly generate detailed designs and design certificates that can be submitted to their checker. YourSolution+ also provides you with a unique design reference number on each design.

Q: I’ve received my design via YourSolution+. What should I do next?
A: Your local sales representative will be in touch to discuss the design. They will be able to check the availability of the products required, as well as organise a quote for you.
Q: Why should I use YourSolution+ over a design request?
A: Similarly to a design requested from the technical team, YourSolution+ designs are created based on your bespoke design parameters. However, YourSolution+ will deliver the design within a matter of minutes, in comparison to an approximately 48 hour turn-around time offered by the design team. You can additionally benefit from the option to request a design check on YourSolution+ designs that will have a response time of approximately 4 hours.
Q: Am I competent to use YourSolution+?
A: As a guide, we advise that anyone deemed competent enough to provide a confident verbal soil profile is competent to use YourSolution+. The basic features of YourSolution+ are simple and based on industry best practice and conservative parameters, whilst also offering more advanced options for those with an understanding of geotechnical engineering. A full explanation of the competency required is provided at the start of YourSolution+.
Q: Do I need to provide a soil profile to use YourSolution+?
A: We accept verbal soil profiles in the same way as one might provide a verbal soil description based on the results of a trial dig. Please remember that the accuracy of the information provided in a verbal soil description is the responsibility of the person or company providing that description.
Q: My design has included products that I’ve not used before. Where can I find more information?
A: More information on our products can be found on the website via user guides, the technical library or directly from our technical team. Quick-start user guides are also included as part of the download with most design solutions.
Q: Can I get my YourSolution+ design checked by the technical team?
A: Yes, if you do not have the capacity in-house to complete design checks or would like the added reassurance, the technical team endeavour to respond to design requests within 4 hours.
Q: Can I still submit a Design Request Form in the traditional way?
A: Our local sales representatives will continue to process Design Request Forms, which our Technical Team endeavour to process within 48 hours.

Q: Is there a mobile version of YourSolution+?
A: YourSolution+ is accessible on both desktop and mobile devices – so you can retrieve a temporary works design wherever you are.
Q: Should I use YourSolution+ if I have been unable to achieve a design using YourSolution?
A: If YourSolution fails to provide a box design for the parameters of your excavation there is the option to populate over to YourSolution+ which will require a few more details. Otherwise, you can contact your local representative and submit a Design Request Form to our technical team.
