Aluminium Hydraulic Brace (540 Braces)

The 540 brace is a lightweight hydraulic brace designed for small excavations. Individual legs are assembled to produce a 4-sided telescopic hydraulic bracing frame which is used in conjunction with trench sheeting to support square or rectangular excavations from 1.5m up to 3.1m long. Legs are constructed from high-yield steel sections and incorporate a single-acting hydraulic ram. This means the legs can be expanded and pressurised hydraulically.

Hydraulic Waler Frames: Typical Installation Methodology

Waler frames provide 2-way support to trenches and are used in conjunction with trench sheeting. Each unit comprises 2 No. aluminium or steel rails strutted apart by two hydraulic cylinders. The latter are available in a range of different sizes depending on the trench width. This sequence explains the method for installing a Hydraulic Waler System, complete with optional End Bearers within a trench.

GF Double Acting Manhole Brace

Single Acting Manhole Brace

The Single Acting Manhole Brace range consists of a series of non-modular, (single piece) hydraulically adjustable legs which are connected together to support square or rectangular excavation sizes ranging from 1.15m to 3.0m.

Smartshore Inflatable Shoring System
